Dear JDalton,
With respect to your posting below:
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
I have just read Webster Tarpleys Aug 9 article on Global Research,http://www.globalresearch.ca/PrintArticle.php?articleId=20571.
He makes a strong case that a U.S. war with Iran is very probable. And yet I have a strong feeling that peace is also very possible. The youth in Israel are tired of war with their neighbors. Hamas is in the process of transforming itself from a terrorist organization to an effective governing body. Its popularity will be enhanced by a state of co-existence with Israel. There really is cause for hope. This is a critical moment in history. Let us send relentless prayers of peace and wisdom to the leaders of Israel and the U.S. to recognize the growing possibilities for peace in the middle east and counter the neocon agenda.

Gates just shut down some big DoD operations in Virginia because there is no money. This is just the beginning of the collapse that is coming. There is no way to fund any more wars.
I know that the Israelis are anxious to kick off the war against Iran, but Iran doesn’t have any nukes (watch the video that I posted on last week’s forum notes) They are not producing any enriched uranium of high enough grade to make bombs. Furthermore, it would endanger US troops to bomb Iran with nukes (the preferred Israelis solution and the reason WHY THEY ARE INSISTING THAT IRAN HAS SUCH WEAPONS. (it is their cover story).
Your point that peace is just as likely to break out is a good one. Any movement towards Iran would be to the ultimate detriment of the already terribly unpopular Israelis. The Arab countries around Israel have many more troops and absolutely no more patience with Israel.

Dear BFCers.
China has announced new liquidity requirements for their banks (150 % of expected losses must be set aside as a buffer against such losses) This is going to set the bar very high for the rest of the world.
The AMERO is not going to be gold-backed according to what Ben said. It is supposed to be backed by Mexican Silver bonds and Silver. Interestingly enough, a warehouse belonging to Chase Bank (the US one) and run by a British warehousing company has been broken into for the second time in as many months. SILVER and other precious metals that had been stored there were taken. These thefts have been cited as the reason for a FORCE MAJEURE (ACT OF GOD) cancellation of silver contracts.
RUSSIAN WHEAT CONTRACTS WITH CHINA WILL NOT BE FULFILLED ALSO DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE (THIS TIME WEATHER-RELATED)
A few months back, WND ran a campaign for voters to complain to their congress/senators about the job that they were doing. For $9.00, people had pink colored paper announcing their termination of a specific politician. THIS CAMPAIGN WAS SO SUCCESSFUL THAT PALLETS OF PINK SLIPS WERE SENT TO POLITICIANS IN WASHINGTON. It is hard for me to believe that entire offices in Congress were filled with pink slips by people who DON’T WANT TO VOTE THESE PEOPLE OUT.
There have been a number of lawsuits relating to the criminal activities of the election cycles since 2000. In fact, an official in charge of elections in one Midwestern state was ejected from office for his role in taking voting machines and not letting any recounts or counts to take place. Voters in that state actually rushed the State house to demand that the vote be fair and honest. WHAT STATE WAS IT?

Dear BFCers,
More information on the certificates that Ben mentioned as “behind the scenes” trading in certificates worth untold riches in precious metals.

Office Of Treasury Control: New Horizon Fraud Online
By Unwanted Publicity Intelligence on 3/30/2010 3:55:29 PM
E-mail: UnwantedPublicity@Gmail.com
Promoted by a group of international business fraudsters, financially supported by get-rich-quick scheme victims, The Office Of International Treasury Control (aka) OITC (aka) ITC continues being led by Cambodia national chairman Ray Chhat Dam, a former U.S. Steel worker who in Bangkok, Thailand at the U.S. Embassy ( AmEmb ) was issued a U.S. Passport.
The Office Of International Treasury Control (aka) OITC (aka) ITC continues to receive its operational support via a small group of international miscellaneous business representatives ( Cambodia and Viet Nam textile sweat shops, a Louisiana, USA based lawyer, Far East travel agencies, and more.
Over the past decade, The Office Of International Treasury Control (aka) OITC (aka) ITC has surrounded several international fraud controversies.
Distributing restricted and/or fraudulent high-value international bank paper instruments unlawfully used as balance sheet enhancements for independent offshore banks, utilizing fraud support paper such as the infamous fraudulent U.S. Department of the Treasury letterhead letter [ naming Ray Chhat Dam, chairman of The Office Of International Treasury Control ] supposedly signed by “Russell Monk,” calling a Fiji Island full-court Press to promote its $1,000,000,000 billion (USD) buy-out scheme, another fraudulent scheme appearing to buy-out the Range Rover automobile company, and more.

There are alot of internet reports documenting such:

The Office Of International Treasury Control (aka) OITC (aka) ITC appears to have resurfaced, at:

The aforementioned fraudulent organization – and its global fraud representatives – have been circulating for nearly 10-years even though the website is relatively new.
KYC News serves – as a few other watchdog websites do – to warn / alert the public, but one can only bang the gong so much. Hence, it would be interesting to see whether U.S. federal authorities are ready, willing, and able to pick up the fraud ball and run with it; do something proactive about enforcing this legacy internet fraud group.
